Sounds like a story title, doesn't it? *points to subject title* Well, it is not a story and it DID happen to me. (Oh, sounds like Spiderman or something XD!) Anywho.. so here's my weekend.
Friday was Physics Day, and I was not in a good mood, mostly because of the fun little clinic my band directors had scheduled that morning. I also had left my ID at home, and I was kinda nervous because I didn't know if we would need them at Six Flags or not. But anywho.. we did the little clinic thing, which was pretty pointless, because the only time the clinician talked to the bass clarinets was during 'I Am' for this little portion right before the car wreck part. So yeah. Finally, we finished around 9 o'clock and Mr. Wells drove us up. Us being the people that were going to Six Flags. Anywho, we got there and looked around for the Cedar Hill people.. As it turns out, we had gotten in the park before the others! I was like.. SCORE! Tee hee. I had to wait for Melanie and Antwan, because those were the ones I was gonna hang out with and Melanie had my physics packet. Finally, I spotted them, and we went off. It was Melanie, Antwan, Leo, Dom, Shakila, and I in our little group. The first ride we went on was the ship ride, which was really fun, but not as fun as the time Rochelle, my sister, her friend, and I went on it, yelling "Buttered toast!" and "With gravy!" each time our respective side went up. XD! After that, we went on the bobsled ride, and got knocked around a little. That's a rough ride!! Anywho.. then we went over to the mine train, my absolute favorite ride in the park. Well.. when we rode it, I noticed something weird about the last hill, and it turns out that they shortened it, which PISSED ME OFF because that's the BEST PART of the entire ride. -_-;; When we got off, we cut through to go to Thunder Mountain, and rode The Right Stuff since we passed right by it. We rode Thunder Mountain which was pretty fun, and then after that we were pretty hungry. Everyone got fries or a corndog, or both, but I ran over to get my CAJUN TWISTY FRIES ( *YUM* ) and got my little souvenir cup filled up. Tee hee >D! After we ate, we decided to go over to Judge Roy Screams, but first rode the carousel. I love the carousel ^_^;; Anywho.. after that, we walked over to Judge Roy Screams, and rode that twice in a row, since there was a non-existent line >_>;; We were gonna ride it 3 times, but I stood up to change seats and was like.. GETTINGOFFNOWBECAUSEIWILLTHROWUP! So yeah. We were going to go over to Batman, and I was actually considering riding it, but the guys got sidetracked by the games and Dom wanted to win a giant gorilla doll, so the girls had to wait for the boys to get finished. And he won! He actually won his giant monkey. It was great XD! We were joined by Jon, and we decided that we'd ride the swings and then head back. Swings are fun too! Tee hee! We headed back towards the front, but Shakila, Antwan, and Jon wanted to ride a water ride, so they went, and Melanie, Leo, Dom, and I went and got refills on drinks and waited for them to get off. They were TOTALLY SOAKED. OMG YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN ANTWAN'S HAIR. SOFUCKINGFUNNY. Anywho.. we got on the buses and had to go home. *sadness* I tried to sleep on the way back, but I couldn't because these guys in the back of the bus kept going "EHH!!" at the stupidest things. Anywho, when we got back, all the people had to hang out in the cafeteria until the bell rang. When it finally did ring, Melanie, Antwan, and I went to grab Jessica and Rochelle. I found Rochelle, and then Jessica, and showed them Antwan's funky hair. XD Still cracks me up. So then, I took Rochelle home, and Jessica to my house. We hung around for a little bit, and I took my shower, then Rochelle appeared. Then Aimee showed up, and we all got ready for my band banquet. We were kinda late getting ready, because well.. it's 4 girls getting ready. Rochelle looked really good in her pink chinese dress, although she kept saying she hates pink. I thought she looked AWESOME. And Jessica wore her black dress, I wore my black dress, and Aimee wore her turquoise dress that took 4 HOURS to find. I have pictures and I'll upload them soon ^_^! We were off, and we got there around 6:45, and hung around. We got looks from Stephanie and Alyssa, but I didn't really give a damn, because I wanted to have fun. They served food, which was crappy, so none of us really ate. I tasted this cheese manichotti, which I didn't like, so I ate stale bread that they served WITHOUT BUTTER, and of course, dessert <3! Chocolate cake, yum! We also munched on the M&Ms that Aimee brought for us, and then waited for the talking to begin. Well, they talked for like.. HOURS. They had technical difficulties with the Senior Roast, so I was like.. whatever. They got it working and we watched that, and the senior slideshow. I was getting a little impatient because it was taking FOREVER. I was ready to DANCE! Well.. as it turns out.. THERE WAS NO DANCING. NONE. ZERO. NADA. THEY TALKED THE ENTIRE TIME. I was like... WTP?!? Aimee, Jessica, and I hung out in the hallway talking. Rochelle stayed behind at the table, which made me feel kinda bad, cuz she sat through it. The band banquet ended at.. 10:30. I was like.. WHAT. THE. HELL?!?! We were like.. not ready to go home, and we were considering going to a club.. but like.. the only club we could think of that could admit 15 and up was Venice Beach, and we heard that it sucked. So yeah.. we didn't know what to do. We went to my house, and finally my mom said take her credit card and go up to Chili's and get some food. So yeah, it was Aimee, Jessica, Rochelle, Melanie, Shakila, Antwan, Marquae, and I. Aimee wanted Sonic so we went up to Sonic and got her food, and then went back to Chilis. While we were waiting for our food, Jessica's mom called her and was like.. WHERE ARE YOU?! It turns out Jessica's mom was at MY house, and she came up to Chili's to pick Jessica up. She didn't even let her eat! My mom had said it was alright for Jessica to spend the night, but Jessica's mom didn't want that. That made me mad, because Jessica was all upset. But Jessica had to leave, and then Melanie left, because she had work the next day. The rest of us ate, but since the food was super greasy, we all got to go boxes. Aimee and I took Antwan home, and ran Rochelle by her house to get her clothes, so she could spend the night. It was funny because Aimee got stuck in Rochelle's driveway. Hella funny. Anywho.. Rochelle brought her labtop over and we decided we wanted to watch FLCL, but we only made it through the first episode, before Aimee was asleep, I was about to fall asleep, so we put the labtop up and passed out. Like as soon as I put my head on my pillow, I was out.
On Saturday, I was woken several times by my dog RUNNING ALL OVER MY HEAD. They watched Lilo & Stitch, and I faintly remember people talking, but I really didn't wake up until around 11, to the sound of Aimee yelling at her boyfriend, who was being an ass as usual. Anywho.. Aimee saw me awake and pounced on me, poking at me as her usual way of waking me up. I finally got up and got everyone's stuff together, and looked around for my keys. THEY WERE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. I had had trouble the night before because I couldn't find them then either. So I was like.. WHERE THE PHONK ARE MY KEYS?! Rochelle and Aimee both helped me look for my keys, and we searched all over my house. Aimee had to leave, and Rochelle's dad came to pick her up, but my keys were still nowhere to be found. I called Jessica, Antwan, Stephanie (to ask if anyone found any keys at the place the band banquet was held, just in case), Chili's, and the person who organized the banquet. No luck. Finally, I started going through EVERYTHING in my room. I tore it apart. I was starting to get HYSTERICAL. My parents were talking about getting a locksmith and how they were going to take money from my bonds to pay for it. I finally remembered faintly setting something around some shelves, and I checked around them.. and then.. there they were! I found them and I was like.. OH THANK GOD! I was soo happy. My dad took my keys and his up to Ford and made a copy of mine and his, and got my oil changed, and did his running around, while I cleaned up my room. I organized some stuff, and cleaned out my TV stand, because my dad said he'd put in a VCR since we had bought DVD/VCRs for the office and living room, and I got my parents's old one. After I had found my keys and had finished organizing stuff, I ate my chili's chicken, and went to lay down for a little while and watch some TV.. Well.. I fell asleep and didn't wake up until 8:30 when my mom came in and told me to come eat dinner. I was like.. eh.. I ate, and my mom ordered Sweet Home Alabama on pay per view and I watched that, which is a really good movie. I hung around for a little while, and finally fell asleep (again!)
On Sunday, I didn't wake up until 2, and that's because my mom was going to Wal-Mart. I got up and dressed, and tagged along. My mom went over to a shoe store and Bath and Body Works, and I went into Claire's and bought an ID tag, since all of my IDs keep breaking n'crap. It's Carebears ^_^! After that, we headed up to Wal-Mart, and looked around for some stuff. I got a new purse, because my other one was tearing up, a movie (Along Came A Spider- only 6 bucks!! YAY! I <3 that movie), a magazine, and some candy to munch on. After we left Wal-Mart, my mom had to get some corn on the cob, so we stopped by Krogers, and I saw David and talked to him for a bit. When we got home, we unloaded the groceries, and my dad made a hole for the cords of the VCR to go in, and I put it in. So now I have a VCR in my room ^_^ YAY! Tee hee.. After that, I fixed the salad, and we ate dinner, and I had some of the leftover chicken from Saturday's dinner. Yum. I went online for a little bit, and tried the new version of LJ, but it somehow messed my journal up.. so I switched to the other one. So yay. And after that I watched part of the Osbournes and Jackass while folding clothes. After that, I took my shower, and then layed down to watch the Last Unicorn (best movie ^_^! ) but turned it off to watch Buffy XD. After that, I went to bed. So now here I am in Webmasters. Jennifer's dad is our sub, and he keeps asking me about computers. I'm like.. uh.. okay >_>;; so yeah.
My mom keeps complaining about my lack of jobness. I keep saying that there are 400 other people in my junior class, and the economy is kinda bad, so yeah, I'm competing with a lot of people. I'm still on the search, so I may go apply at Marshalls, Ross, Kohl's, Linens N Things and more. But I don't wanna work at a fast food place ;.;! *sighs* Anywho.. I better be going. And oh yeah!
